COVID forces CNB to Change Hours for Customer Service

We see that COVID 19 has significantly impacted the Cayman Islands over the past few months. It seems everywhere we turn. We know someone with Covid or us ourselves have been exposed somehow.

This new wave of COVID has put a damper on many businesses and their hours of operation. Cayman National Bank has changed its customer service hours which came into effect on Wednesday, January 19th, due to the impact of COVID 19.

In a press release from Cayman National Bank, they have stated, “We appreciate your patience as we continue to deal with the impact of the local COVID-19 virus spread in our community. Our staff and customer safety are paramount. We encourage everyone to practice good hygiene, keep socially distant, and to use our wide network of ATMs, Point-of-Sale terminals, and Online Banking & Mobile apps where possible.”

The new Customer Service Centres Hours are now as follows

Camena Bay CSC:  9am to 3pm

Countryside CSC: 9am to 3pm

Elgin Avenue CSC: 9am to 3pm

Cayman Brac CSC: 9am to 3pm (Friday: 9am to 4:30pm)
